Coaching
Our coaches are trained, educated and certified to lead group sessions. They’re knowledgeable and ready to provide progressions, regressions and modifications. Our classes are designed to be scaled to meet you at your fitness level. Proper technique is our priority to keep you injury-free.
Vault Strong
Vault Strong is designed for those looking to build strength, challenge their limits, and improve overall fitness. This class begins with a dynamic full-body warm-up to get you moving and prepped for the workout ahead. The core of the class is focused on full-body weight training, using progressive loads that challenge your strength and promote muscle growth. With built-in rest periods between sets, you’ll have time to recover and push through each rep with maximal effort. The session finishes with a high-intensity finisher that’s sure to leave you feeling accomplished and energized.
Vault Essentials
Vault Essentials is all about honing in on key strength-building techniques while also prioritizing mobility and movement quality. After a full-body warm-up, you’ll dive into a program that includes unilateral movements, time under tension, and other techniques to target specific muscle groups. This class is perfect for those looking to refine their training and build a solid foundation for functional movement. It concludes with a cool-down session, either focusing on core & glutes or mobility & flexibility, to help you restore and recover for the next session.
Vault Fusion
Vault Fusion is the ultimate cardio and strength combination class. Start with a comprehensive full-body warm-up, and then get ready for a heart-pumping workout. This high-output, cardio-focused session alternates between intense cardio bursts and full-body weighted exercises with minimal rest in between, ensuring your heart rate stays elevated throughout. Vault Fusion is designed to challenge your aerobic capacity, build endurance, and leave you feeling accomplished and invigorated.
Vault Yoga
Our Vault Yoga classes offer the perfect balance to the high-intensity training you experience in the other classes. Held in a warm, dimly lit studio, these sessions focus on deep recovery, both mentally and physically. Vault Yoga incorporates slow-paced, mindful movement, gentle stretches, and breathing techniques to support flexibility, mobility, and stress relief. With two sessions per week, Vault Yoga helps promote a sense of calm, aiding in muscle recovery and mental clarity, so you can tackle your next workout feeling refreshed.
